Notes:
Camp Ottari was closed from 1970-1972

In some instances, most notably prior to the late 1970's
both Camp Powhatan and Camp Ottari released individual emblems each year.

Years with a "*" denote when a common set of emblems was issued from both Camps in a given year, or if an included emblem applied to both camps. In some instances each camp had a different pocket patch and a common neckerchief. Also there are some years in which neither camp released a neckerchief.

We are still researching emblems from this Camp.
